• Trained on all three levels of the Gottman Method (an evidence-based couples therapy approach developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman).

• Training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) equips me with tools to help couples identify and change negative patterns of interaction, allowing them to create a secure emotional bond.

• Certified ART Therapist (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) enables me to assist clients in processing traumatic memories and experiences using rapid eye movements.
