What the Days Are Like
Each day begins with a chef-prepared breakfast shared around the table—good food, unhurried conversation, and strong coffee included. From there, we move into morning sessions where your relationship becomes the primary focus.
These sessions include brief check-ins, a guided topic, and structured exercises. Much of the work is done privately with your partner, with optional opportunities to share and reflect within the group.
Afternoons are reserved for rest and play. You might spend time by the pool, explore the city, or join one of the optional adventures offered throughout the week. In the late afternoon or early evening, we gather again for a shorter integration session. Most evenings include shared dinners, with two nights left open for you to enjoy independently.
The rhythm of the retreat is intentionally spacious—designed to be low-stress, deeply engaging, and sustainable.
